• Photocopy of Birth Certificate along with original at the time of form submission for verification purpose. 
• Photocopy of Immunization Card along with original at the time of form submission for verification purpose.
• Two recent passport size coloured photo of the student in present school uniform with name to be written at the back.
• One recent passport size coloured photo of father and mother.
• Result of last examination and the photocopy of the same. 
• Transfer Certificate after the admission test result is out (Last date of submission is 1st April of Academic year of admission)
