HOLY CROSS SECONDARY SCHOOL

HOLY CROSS SECONDARY SCHOOL (Residential) is a co-educational, English Medium School, situated at Nongmensong, 3 km. away from Police Bazar, Shillong, towards the NEIGRIHMS Hospital, New Shillong road. It was established in the year 1994, with a view to accommodate and impart a convent pattern of education to the students of North Eastern States. Today, we have day scholars from every part of the country and the borders, representing every state of North East.

FACILITIES FOR PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT: A proper education means an all round development of the personality of a child. The computer is a compulsory subject for all the students from class - III. The school has a good playground. Table tennis, television and music are the other indoor entertainments. The school is equipped with a library to cultivate reading habits and a laboratory to arouse the scientific temper in the students.
We have a galaxy of teachers who are highly qualified and experienced in teaching all subjects, especially Mathematics.
Science and English. Hindi is a part of the school curriculum.
It also arranges special tuition for students if the need arises.

Admission is only open for Hostel students from class III-VIII.
