LITTLE ANGELS SCHOOL

It was in the late 70s that Little Angels School was conceived and started by Mrs. Mohini Vig, an experienced teacher with B.T., as an answer to pressing requests from parents.  The mission of the school is to impart holistic pre-primary education to children of ages 1 year 8 months to 5+ years. Mrs. Vig has always guided her dedicated teachers to teach with sincerity and discipline, and with a system devised by her. As a result of children’s success in achieving admission to high schools and children’s sustained love for learning, the school has grown up to be one of the most sought after pre-primary schools in North Kolkata since the 1980s.
Keeping up-to-date, revisions to curriculum, adoption of authentic teaching/learning approaches, and caring family atmosphere are the hallmarks of this private unaided school. The school is active in serving the cultural, social, and medical associations in its community.  It has NO branch and NO franchise.  At present, Mrs. Vig and her daughter, Dr. Jagjit Kaur, an ex-professor in Educational Psychology from Canada, jointly run the institution with the band of experienced creative hard-working teachers, and innovative ideas amidst traditional approaches. The current Covid pandemic has not dampened the spirits of the staff and management and online virtual classes are being conducted with utmost care for quality and love of learning.
