The School is the creation of a group of professionals headed by Late Amiya Kumar Bhattacharya in 1977, We are dedicated to providing academic excellence and realizing every student's potential both inside and outside classrooms. The LSHS mission is to provide an environment in which all students will become lifelong learners, and understand and be respectful toward people of all races and cultures.

Students are admitted at the academic commencement of the year viz April.
The largest intake is in Nursery (age between 3 and 4 years). Admission to other classes will depend on the availability of seats.
