SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WITH THE APPLICATION
- Duly attested photocopy of Municipal Corporation or Hospital / Nursing Home Birth Certificate.
- One recent passport size colour photograph of the candidate.
- Transfer Certificate for admission to Classes II to VIII issued from a School (recognized by the Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal) by the candidate last attended.
- Admission to Class XI requires approval from the Council for The Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.
- In the case of all inter-state transfer candidates, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the Education Officer of the State concerned. Transfer cases are taken into special consideration.
