Ramprasad Chandrabhan Saraswati Vidya Mandir is one of the best school in the district of Ramgarh situated at Gola Road, Near Bazar Samiti, Ramgarh Cantt. in the state of Jharkhand, it is one of the best unique institutions of the boundless source of theoretical and practical education based on CBSE pattern of learning activities run by Vidya Vikash Samiti, Jharkhand. At. present it is a wonderful School from where the students get an education based on the value of, such Indian culture and civilization which is the outcome of vedas and precious epic of religion and which is able to prepare the huge building of students' pleasant future.

The school was conceived by late Anandmay Bhattacharya and the entrusted the job of the school in February 1991 to the small committee under the governorship of Sri Basant Hetamsaria. The school took off in a rented building ar Bazar Tand, Gola Road, Ramgarh Cantt. with 16 (Sixteen) Students on 15th August 1991. Subsequently, with the unforgettable effort of Late Durga Prasad Nevatiya then President of the school committee, the school got a devotion of 0.30 Acres of land from M/s Ramprasad Chandrabhan in the year 1995 (May 1995).

The Construction of school building started in year 1995 (October 1995) and the school shifted to the new building in the year 1997. The school purchased another plot of 2 (two) acre of land in the year 2003). In the formative period of the school, it received valuable support from Sri Mahabir Prasad Agarwal, Sri Ghanshyam Mahto, Sri Jugal Prasad Jaiswal, Sri Pradeep Kumar Berlia, Sri Suresh Bagaria, Sardar Lal Singh and Sri Surendra Singh Hora. Later the committee was expanded which was known as Baal Kalyaan Samiti and the first President of this school managing committee was Sri Ghanshyam Mahto, the first Secretary was Sri Basant Hetamsaria and sri Pradeep Kumar Berlia became the first treasurer. The First Principal of this school was Sri Umesh Narayan Singh.

Now the school has grand and beautiful building, a spacious library, modern science laboratory, well-equipped lab, playground, common room, two big hall, six buses and every thing whatever is essential for the students. The school today provides a congenial environment for all around the development of the whole personality and it's integration with society particularly in reference to the Indian context. Individual care, personalized coaching and regular efforts have woven a very vibrant and inspiring environment The strength and success of this school lie in the harmonious blend of science and technology and in the ancient Hindu culture. It is our aim to inculcate in the students a thirst of knowledge, devotion to their duty, honesty and patriotic fervor besides humanism.

To inculcate moral values in the students the school begins each day with Morning Assembly that includes Veda-Mantras, devotional songs, Yoga and Prerak Prasang (Inspirative Affairs).In this way at present the school has 1500 students who are getting education joyfully and is no need of any recognition in the district of Ramgarh in very short time. It strictly follows all the guidelines of CBSE. It has got affiliation in the year 2009 and since affiliation, the School result has been 100% at the secondary level in AISSE. Now it is Proceeding towards "tamso maa jyotiragmay"
