St. Sebastian’s School was established in the year 1980. Our Founder the Late Mr. C. Rozario saw the need to provide a good holistic education to many children in the local and surrounding areas of Seal Lane. He founded St. Sebastian’s School in commemoration of his second son Sebastian Rozario who passed away at a very early age. The school started with 5 students and 2 teachers in a small rented apartment at Seal Lane and gradually after acquiring the present premises at 14, Seal Lane, Kolkata 700015, it shifted in the year 1987.

We are a modern and progressive school with a vision for the future, situated in the heart of the city of Kolkata. The School is affiliated to the Council, for the I.C.S.E. & I.S.C. Examinations, New Delhi. It possesses all modern teaching aids, multimedia computers, good laboratory facilities, a library and games and sports facilities for the students. We are strongly focused on the growth of children enabling them to develop in self-confidence with a modern progressive outlook combined with leadership and moral values. The school is staffed with trained teachers apposite in dealing with small children, imparting education to the children for more than 45 glorious years.
