SUNFLOWER ENGLISH HIGH SCHOOL

SUNFLOWER SCHOOL was established way back in mid seventies (9th March, 1977) when a need for a good English Medium School which could impart quality education to one and all was strongly felt. Mrs Kusum Gupta pioneering educationist with vast teaching experience and one of just few teachers to undertake an Association of Montessori International training in New Delhi from the North-East in the early sixties took up the challenge and established S.F.S.

From a modest beginning, S.F.S. has come a long way and emerged as a premier educational institute.

Thanks to the constant support of the guardians, teachers and people in general which made S.F.S. a seat of excellence for one and all. The school is open to all without any discrimination of caste and creed where the medium of education being English with an Indian vernacular language as a compulsory subject in the school curriculum.

The school is under SEBA Board and the students are appearing for their board exams since 1986 with excellent results.
