YOUNG HORIZONS SCHOOL was founded in the year 1972 with the revered blessings of Mother Teresa and Father Bruylants S.J. The school began in Central Kolkata with the objective of serving children from the different sections of the society on 8th March,2002,
A new school building was inaugrated at 220, Barakhola, E.M.Bypass, Kolkata - 700099 by the then Governor of West Bengal, Shri Viren j. Shah. The school is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. The first batch of students for the ICSE examination appeared in 1998 and for the ISC examination in 2015.
YOUNG HORIZONS SCHOOL has a strong social commitment towards the children from the weaker sections of the society.
